We will then continue to manage the site and provide you with the ability to update your documents by simply sending us an email. Your site will comply the requirements established in as part of Chapter 718 of the Florida Statutes.

Domain Name: We will find and register your domain name. With any luck, the name of the building is available resulting in an easy to remember website name like www.CVEBuildingX.com
Site creation: The site will be created based on a flexible template that you can review at https://qgscratch.website/ . Customization will be done to make it specific to your association

Security: The site will be set up with its own SSL certificate to ensure secure and private data transmission
Public File Store Area: The site will have a public file store area for generic building documents that could be shared with anyone. Examples are general rules, forms, wind mitigation reports, insurance information, or any number of other usefull documents that should be readily available to all owners
Private File Store Area: A separate password-protected file store area will be available to store the Association's private documents, like budgets, financials, or any other documents that should only be made available to the owners and residents. Chapter 718 of the Florida Statutes mandates this requirement for Associations of 100 or more units, but there is a strong argument for even smaller associations to implement this security measure
Residents Directory: Your new website will contain a continuously updated resident contact list that a member of the board can easily maintain via a simple Google Sheet. Once updated, the information automatically finds its way to your site
Parking List: The same mechanism used for the Residents Directory is used to maintain and update the parking list for those Associations that employ numbered bumper decals (different from unit numbers) for enhanced security
